Ren NardoniIn 1984, Ren founded NAI (Nardoni Associates, Inc. - now known as Pilat NAI), the internationally known succession planning and 360 assessment software company. As President of NAI, Ren built a company that developed well-known products such as SUCCESSION PLUS (the premier succession planning and development software for Fortune 500 companies now known as SUCCESSION Pulse); 360 On The Net (a web-based multi-rater assessment and development tool); Incentive Compensation System (a team-based compensation system); HR Pulse (a competency-based HR workstation and toolkit); plus a variety of custom human resource applications. Ren has consulted with clients such as Merck, Merrill Lynch, The World Bank, Bank of Montreal, Time Warner, Nike, Conoco Philips, WellPoint Health, Eli Lilly, Marriott, IBM, Philip Morris, Johnson & Johnson, Chase Manhattan and AT&T. London-based Pilat Technologies International acquired NAI in 1997. Ren is an internationally known speaker on the automation of human resource processes and has developed workshops and seminars for the AMA, the Human Resource Planning Society, IHRIM, Linkage and many private organizations. Ren has given over 45 presentations and has written 24 articles and book chapters on various HR topics. Ren has served on the Board of Directors of the New York IHRIM chapter and was the Editor of its newsletter. He has been Contributing Editor to Personnel Magazine and Computers in Personnel. Ren spent over 16 years with AT&T in a variety of IT, financial and human resource positions. In 1982, as a founder of Human Resource Technologies, Ren designed and developed one of the first commercially available PC-based HRIS products.
Alfred J. WalkerAlfred Walker is a well known consultant, author, and speaker in the management consulting and Human Resources areas. He was a Principal and Senior Fellow, with both Cresap, McCormick & Paget, and Towers Perrin for over twenty years where he was the global practice leader in the HR Strategy, HCM, and Human Resource Effectiveness fields. He has consulted for over 200 companies in the U.S. and abroad including American Airlines, American Express, Citigroup, International Paper, J&J, Novartis, Prudential, SAP AG, Sears Roebuck, and The New York Times. Prior to that he directed the human resource systems work at AT&T. He currently is a Managing Partner with PathLight Partners, a HR and operations efficiency consulting and product supplier. Mr. Walker specializes in transforming the HR function and operations, redesigning talent management HR processes, evaluating technology, hosting and vendor options and examining new HR technology products and approaches He serves as an adjunct university professor at Rutgers University and was a founder and board member of both the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS). He has written 3 text books, over 70 articles, and serves on the editorial board of several leading HR journals. He was the inaugural Summit award winner given by the IHRIM organization for achievement and contribution over a lifetime to the Human Resources Technology field.
Donna Dennis, PhDDonna Dennis is a learning and development professional who focuses on consulting and coaching within leadership, career and team development. Prior to founding Leadership Solutions Consulting, LLC, a Princeton, NJ based consulting practice, Donna held a variety of talent management leadership roles within academia and corporations such as RCA, General Electric, The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Chubb Insurance, and C.R. Bard, Inc. Her focus throughout her career has been on increasing learning in leaders and their teams. Utilizing her experience in Leadership and Organizational Development, she has facilitated successful initiatives in multiple business disciplines, including sales and marketing, manufacturing, engineering, product development and management, and information systems. Projects have included:

- Design, development and delivery of various leadership development workshops and training
- Climate/Culture surveys combined with 360 to do full assessment of leaders and culture
Allen Klein, PhDAllen Klein is principal of Human Capital Strategies LLC, a Chicago based consulting practice focusing on competency development, performance management, succession planning and talent management. Allen also serves as a senior associate consultant for Pilat HR Solutions and Lee Hecht Harrison. Prior to founding Human Capital Strategies in 2000, Allen held a variety of management and organizational development roles with large healthcare, financial services and manufacturing companies. Allen has a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Marilyn Buckner, PhDDr. Marilyn Buckner is president of National Training Systems (NTS), where she designs systems and innovative talent management interventions to help organizations increase their effectiveness. She provides consulting and training on leadership development, performance management, and career development. She is recognized as one of the leading assessment experts in America and uses valid leadership assessments and assessment centers for identifying and coaching High Potentials. She has designed large leadership development and high potential coaching programs for companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Nationwide Insurance, The Home Depot, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Hertz Rental Car and other Fortune 500 company. She has held several executive HR positions. She was director of human resources development and strategic planning for National Data Corporation-a provider of information systems to retail, medical, telecommunications, and financial industries. She was responsible for executive and management development, strategic planning, sales training and quality training. Previously, Dr. Buckner was the manager of corporate and international human resources development for The Coca-Cola Company, where she was responsible for the development of several human resource development systems including designing the first succession planning system, global talent management and staffing, leadership development and performance appraisal. Dr. Buckner has a Ph.D. in Counseling and Management from Georgia State University. Dr. Buckner is the past Chair of the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS), a worldwide group of human resource executives, and she is a current Board Member of HRPS. She is a frequent speaker on the subjects of change management, high potential development and succession planning at conferences for the Human Resource Planning Society, the American Society of Training and Development Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
